do you travel?
Please take me on your next adventure! I'm based in Charlotte but will be open to traveling! Additional travel fees may apply.
how many photos do we get?
The number of photos you receive back depends on how long we work together. To paint an idea, I usually average out to about 30-50 pictures per hour. Of course, while I'm with you--my goal is to capture all the moments (even the moments that are overlooked)!
how do we get our photos?
Your high resolution photos will be beautifully delivered to you in a private online gallery. This will allow you to easily download, save, and print your photos.
do you retouch photos?
All photos delivered to you will be edited based on my creative style.
what's your turnaround time?
My goal is to get you your pictures as fast as possible so you can enjoy and relive the moment. The turnaround time depends on our sessions. Typically for shorter sessions, you should receive your gallery within 2-3 weeks. For weddings, it may range from 4-8 weeks. However, I love sending sneak peaks out to my clients as quickly as possible.
do you send out raw files?
The simple answer is no. Booking me also means booking me for my professional and creative style.
how far do you book out to?
I don't have a timeline as to how far or how close I accept bookings. It just depends on if I'm available for the time you need me. If I'm free--I'm there for you!
what do we do during our session?
Let's face it--it's not often we have a camera all up in front of us! So, I want you to feel the most comfortable as possible. I'll give my clients pointers on what to do, how to stand, where to look, what to do with your hands, and all that jazz! The style if aim for is classy, playful, whimsical, and warm.
what should we wear?
These are photos you'd want forever hanging in your home--so don't be afraid to dress to impress! Of course, I want my clients to feel comfortable, too! So, I would suggest wearing something that you are able to walk, spin, twirl, and have a playful time in!
can we reschedule our session?
Sometimes things happen and we can't control it--like rain! I get this all the time and the answer is YES! Of course you can reschedule for no charge as long as the date is available.
what's your cancellation policy?
I hope this never happens but in the event where a client cancels a session, Phamtography reserves the right to keep the retainer and all fees paid. If client fails to supply written cancellation as specified before the session date or cancels within 30 days of the session date, client shall be required to pay the full
balance due. In the extremely rare event that Phamtography cancels on a client, then reasonable efforts will be made to provide you coverage for your special day.
is there protection towards loss or damaged images?
I always have back-ups of all my things and extra equipment. However, in the event that something glitches, then you will be refunded for the percentage of images that were lost.
do you provide props?
My style lean towards whimsical and natural--therefore, I often do not draw towards staged set pieces or props. However, clients are more than welcomed to bring whatever props you desire that's part of your story!
